CASFER Team Development

The CASFER Leadership team got to engage with each other in a team development workshop today. We all thoroughly enjoyed getting to learn cooperation strategies and effective group dynamics. We all want to bring our own strengths and skills to CASFER, so that we can all flourish and shine. And a special thanks to Lesley Baradel and Mary Lynn Realff at Effective Team Dynamics Initiative for leading our team today! We are eager to be able to share our invigorating team bonding and dynamics with all of CASFER, and evolve as a Center toward our goals of circular economy!
