Juan Mitchell was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and has lived and worked in 7 different states. Passionate about student development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, he has created 6 mentoring programs for underrepresented populations, presented at state, regional, and national conferences on DEIB policies and protocols. Mitchell has a bachelor of science in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Human Development and Leadership. He is happy to be working at CASFER with a diverse group of people.
