Innovation Ecosystem Director
Dr. Kay Tindle currently serves as the Interim Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives & Innovation and the Assistant Vice President for Strategic Development in the Office of Research & Innovation. In these roles, she oversees the Innovation Hub at Research Park; Northwest Texas Business Resource Center; Office of Research Commercialization; Office of Research Development & Communications; STEM Center for Outreach, Research, & Education (STEM-CORE); and Texas Produced Water Consortium (TxPWC).
Dr. Tindle serves as a Co-PI on TTU's National Science Foundation ADVANCE grant and as PI on the Texas Produced Water Consortium state-funded grant. She is also designated as the Chief Operating Officer for the Texas Tech Research Park, supporting 501(c)3 initiatives related to economic development, research and industry engagement, and regional strategies.
