This presentation will examine some of the current challenges that WRRFs across the United States face, including evolving regulations, emerging contaminants, operational concerns, technology scalability, financial limitations, and the difficulties in marketing wastewater-derived resources. Potential opportunities for CASFER will be identified, in the hopes of sparking future innovations and discoveries.
