PROGRAMS

Each summer, CASFER offers transformative research and professional development opportunities for students and educators through its Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) and Research Experiences for Teachers (RET) programs. Participants work alongside leading researchers on innovative projects focused on fertilizer production, nutrient recovery, and advancing a Nitrogen Circular Economy. Through hands-on research, mentorship, and collaborative learning, our summer programs inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, and educators while addressing some of the world's most pressing challenges.
