Definition
A trademark is a form of intellectual property consisting of a word, phrase, symbol, design, or combination thereof that identifies and distinguishes the source of goods or services of one party from those of others. Trademarks can protect the names and logos of societies, products, or programs. For example CASFTER has trademarked the word E-GROW™, which is it's own organo-mineral formulation fertilizer.
