Who Am I? And How Do I Team?

This will be the first of three workshops to teach CASFER students how to:

1. Recognize and explore individual talents and strengths through the Clifton Strengths framework.

2. Understand how leveraging our unique strengths fosters a stronger, more cohesive team.

3. Develop strategies to share talents effectively, enhancing appreciation for the diverse knowledge, experiences, perspectives, and strengths within the CASFER center.
