About the Role
Performs administrative and coordinative work in direct support of an executive officer, including such functions as planning, budgeting, supervision and program implementation and evaluation. Performs responsible and complex office support duties, thus relieving the administrator of these duties. Work is performed under administrative supervision with evaluation based on results obtained.
Bachelor's degree required in related area plus six years progressively responsible administrative experience including supervisory experience; OR a combination of education and/or experience to equal ten years.
Assists Center Director, Executive Administrative Director, and Business Manager
Coordinates the administrative support for CASFER
Organizes meetings and preparation of meeting materials as necessary
Promotes a positive image of the Center and a welcoming environment to CASFER’s visitors and stakeholders. Greet and assist staff and visitors to CASFER
Serves as event coordinator
Overseas the storage and organization of CASFER information, products, reports, and records
Exercises discretion and safeguard the confidentiality of CASFER information
Facilitates the efficient utilization of The Center Director’s time through development and coordination of a complex calendar of appointments, meetings, and traveling as needed
Coordinates trips and traveling events for the director as needed
