Roger French, PhD 

Convergence Coordinator; Thrust 1 Lead

Roger H. French is the Kyocera Professor in the Dept. of Materials Science and Eng. in the Case School of Engineering, with secondary appointments in Macromolecular Science, Biomedical Eng. and Physics at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland Ohio, since August 2010.

 

He is director of the SDLE Research Center, focused on lifetime and degradation science of long-lifetime environmentally exposed technologies such as photovoltaics. He is the faculty director of the CWRU Applied Data Science Program French's research focuses on optical properties and electronic structure of optical materials, polymers, ceramics.
