We are seeking research proposals for our Cultural Convergence Projects. Cultural convergence Projects bridge the gap between STEM, the culture of the researchers, and soft skills such as presenting at conferences. We are seeking to develop activities and programs to integrate their cultural relevance into CASFER.

 

Funds to develop Cultural Convergence Outreach projects will be available annually. This is an opportunity for students to gain presentation skills, attend conferences, engage other researchers, and represent, Texas Tech University, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Case Western Reserve University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the CASFER Center.

 We are seeking to create Cultural Convergence Teams to submit proposals for their Cultural Convergence Project. CCTs are teams constituted by undergraduates, graduate students, and/or post-docs who are interested in developing activities and programs to integrate their cultural relevance into CASFER.
